Kirstie, what’s your story?

Started my working life in retail, and moved agency side nearly 15 years ago. Worked my way up through agency land in various client-facing roles, and found my passion for social media as my preferred marketing channel.

In my previous agency role, I managed a team of 10 people looking after communities of over 5 million. I now head up an agency of 22 people based in Brum, we look after e-commerce brands and support with branding, development and digital.

We’re retailers for retail, and bring the joy back to retail! I also run social circle - a monthly Meetup for social media marketers. We get together and chit chat about all the new things in the world of SoMe.

I’m hugely passionate about supporting the next wave of digital marketers, and guest lecture and hold events for students on the Digital Marketing and Future Media courses at BCU.
