SocialDay event update - Event Date Change Announcement
It is with a very heavy heart that we have no choice but to postpone SocialDay2020, we are pleased to announce though that we have secured new dates with our venue for 1st - 3rd September 2020 at the same venue “St Lukes, Old Street, London”
The health and safety of our delegates and speakers will always be our top priority. Whilst we have been working hard over the last few weeks on contingency plans and implementing extra precautions with regards to the evolving Covid-19 situation, we must listen to current government advice and move our event. Doctors and scientists are now recommending that everyone avoids large social gatherings. So we have decided, we have to push SocialDay back to September in order to play our part in stopping the spread of the virus.
What next?
If you are a ticket holder it will be automatically transferred to the new dates and we will issue you with a new digital ticket, no need to do anything, some of you have booked multiple tickets via the accounts teams within your organisation, we will send the ticket to the email used on the booking.
We will send out more information about the sessions and the entertainment for the event closer to the time, I am delighted to announce that our sponsors will be hosting you in the following:
1st September - Welcome party at Flight Club Shoreditch (a few minutes from the venue)
2nd September - Reception at Ballie Ballerson - Lots of Instagram fun in the ball pits!
3rd September - Closing night party (More details announced soon)

We have kept our speakers informed of the changes and as it stands all speakers are able to make the new dates (although the order may change slightly) and we still have some more headline sessions to announce over the coming weeks.

We have also arranged for our very own SocialDay2020 coffee barista team to serve you “proper coffee” teas and of course hot chocolate throughout the three days.
