The Finalists Revealed: Charity or Non-Profit Campaign

Some of the most powerful social media work being created today isn't backed by the biggest budgets. It's being delivered by organisations tackling society's biggest challenges, using creativity, storytelling and community to make a genuine difference.

The Charity or Non-Profit Campaign category celebrates the charities, housing associations, NHS trusts, third sector organisations and non-profits creating outstanding social media under very different constraints to commercial brands. This year's finalists demonstrate that impact isn't measured by budget alone - it's measured by the lives changed, conversations started and communities reached.

Congratulations to our shortlisted finalists:

  • Luton Council - Hate Won't Win: How 'We Are Luton' reclaimed a town's story
  • Marine Stewardship Council - Behind the ecolabel...
  • South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue - Saving lives through storytelling - How South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue changed the conversation around water safety

The winner will be revealed live at the Social Media Marketing Awards 2026, 8th October, where we'll celebrate the people, teams and campaigns setting the standard for social media marketing. Grab a ticket to attend the event and celebrate together!

Congratulations to all of this year's finalists!!
