Snapchat builds HubSpot pipeline sync and opens UK and France to independent agencies

Two announcements in 72 hours show Snapchat meeting brands where they work: leads flow straight into HubSpot CRM, while smaller agencies in Britain and France can now join a partner programme previously locked to the United States.

On 30 July 2026, Snapchat announced a new integration with HubSpot, and two days earlier unveiled new Business Manager enhancements and the expansion of its Indy Agency Partner Program into France and the UK. Together, the updates signal a platform repositioning around workflow integration and partner scale, not just reach.

The HubSpot integration removes the export step

The integration makes it easier for brands to launch native lead generation campaigns on Snapchat, and automatically connect those leads into HubSpot so teams can move from first touch to long-term customer relationships with more efficiency.

Leads captured inside the Snapchat app flow into HubSpot contact records without manual export, and HubSpot can report back which of those leads eventually became revenue. The connector is offered at no cost, requiring only an existing Snapchat Ads subscription and a compatible HubSpot plan.

The technical mechanism is straightforward. Advertisers within Snapchat can create a native lead generation campaign and connect it to an existing HubSpot account without developing their own technical solution, with data entered into a Snapchat form automatically transferred to the corresponding fields within the CRM.

The integration includes bidirectional data flow. A Conversions API sends conversion events back to Snapchat, enhancing performance tracking. Conversion event passback requires a Marketing Hub subscription, though lead sync is available with any HubSpot subscription level.

Why this matters now

Snapchat's native lead generation ads increased click-through rates by 77% in January 2026 compared to the year-ago period while the cost per lead declined 26%. Those are Snapchat's own figures, not third-party benchmarks, but they explain the timing: the platform has performance momentum in a format that has historically leaked leads at the handoff between ad platform and CRM.

With this integration, HubSpot customers can connect what happens on Snapchat to what happens in their pipeline, and send real conversion signals back to Snapchat so teams have a clearer picture of what's driving results.

Snapchat has offered lead generation ad products for nearly a decade, but has been working to refine its pitch around performance marketing to attract a wider set of marketers. The HubSpot integration removes one of the largest objections: that leads sit in a CSV waiting for someone to upload them.

The integration arrives in a landscape where HubSpot and TikTok announced their first lead-capture partnership in October 2023, and in April 2026 HubSpot embedded TikTok natively into Marketing Hub, covering ad management, content publishing, and revenue attribution. Snapchat is following a proven path, not pioneering it.

Independent agencies get access in France and the UK

Snapchat expanded its Indy Agency Partner Program in the UK and launched in France, with wider rollouts to other markets to follow, to empower agencies, accelerate advertiser adoption, unlock new growth opportunities, and strengthen Snapchat's position in these markets.

The programme was previously brought to smaller independent agencies in 2025, providing eligible accounts with a visible badge. Agencies and partners that meet Snap's badge requirements gain access to a range of resources such as private strategic support, campaign optimization guidance, training help, and additional insights.

Business Manager adds agency-specific controls

Alongside the international expansion, Snapchat shipped workflow tools designed to reduce friction for agencies managing client accounts.

Snapchat launched Agency Permissions, which allows brands to assign org- and account-level access to agency partners without providing full organizational control, as well as Cross-Organization Audience Sharing.

Brands can now grant organization- and account-level access to Snap agency partners without providing full organization control, and new cross-organization settings aim to help brands and agencies collaborate with access to the same audience data directly within the app. Snapchat is also testing Account Migration and Account Sharing, with plans to roll these out more broadly later this year.

These are table-stakes features that have existed on Meta and Google for years, but their absence was a barrier. Agencies don't pitch clients on platforms where account handoffs are manual.

Creator agencies get their own programme

Later this year, Snapchat will launch a Creator Agency Partner Program to bring resources for brands to drive success with Creator Ads on Snapchat. The programme has already onboarded nine pilot partners in the US, including Onefluent, Whalar, Later, Beeline (a division of ZATV), Wpromote, Open Influence, #paid, Influential, and Influencer.

The programme offers strategic support, campaign optimization guidance, exclusive training resources, product roadmap updates, and opportunities to test new advertising capabilities before wider release.

The move recognises that creator marketing has become an operational discipline, not a project add-on, and that agencies specialising in creator work are a distinct category from media agencies or production shops.

What to do with this

If you're running lead generation on Snapchat and using HubSpot, connect the integration and test whether closed-loop attribution changes what you're willing to bid. The value is not the automation of a CSV download; it's feeding conversion data back into Snapchat's auction so the algorithm can find more people who convert, not just more people who fill in forms.

If you're an independent agency in France or the UK, apply for the Indy Agency Partner badge. The resource access is useful, but the visible credential matters more: it signals to prospective clients that Snapchat considers you competent to deliver work on the platform, which removes a objection before the pitch.

For everyone else, the announcements are a reminder that Snapchat is competing on infrastructure, not just on audience. The platform spent 2025 arguing it could drive performance. In 2026 it's building the workflows that let performance marketers actually use it without rebuilding their stack.
