The Social Media Marketing Awards returned to the Thames on 8 October, recognising social media work across strategy, creativity, community, content and commercial impact.

This year's shortlist showed the range of work happening across the industry: from employee advocacy and creator partnerships to social commerce, community building and purpose-led campaigns. Here is the full results list, including the campaign or entry title for every finalist.
