Using it for years
I've been using Mailchimp for years and it's been the very first email marketing solution for my business. The UX is easy, the features make email marketing easier and I've used it on many campaigns. I love segmentation and organising contacts but I found it limiting on the free plan to make the most of it.

Lot's to consider - A solid staple!
Mailchimp has been a core part of how me and my team communicate with our audience. From building email campaigns to automations and audience segmentation, it gives me the tools to deliver targeted, polished messages with confidence. The drag and drop builder is mostly intuitive, the templates save time, and the analytics make it easy to see what’s working and where I can optimise. I do love how easy it is to set up automated sequences. There are occasional limitations and there are definitely platforms with more in depth automation and segmentation, and pricing tiers shift to be quite steep once your audience grows. That said, overall the ease of use, reliability, and breadth of features make it worth it. The support team and account managers are also very attentive, and the networking and panellist events we are invited to have always been super productive and insightful. The SMS features are something I am yet to explore but feel very optimistic about. If you're looking to manage newsletters, promotional sequences, and audience engagement, Mailchimp is a solid choice, but there is always room for improvement!
