Makes my work life easier
Slack was in peak use during Covid but I never stopped using it since then across many different organisations. Whether it's a remote or in-person work engagement, it makes it easier to communicate and collaborate. I love using its app when I'm on the go and my new favourite thing is the option to store Documents (Canvas) to keep them handy. This had been a lifesaver for many client projects and external collaborations. Another thing I love is the automations and integrations, they can powercharge it
Pros:
Very easy to use and good UX
Cons:
No set con but I'd love it to go even further linking it more to project management to keep everything in one place
